The Washington Post recently praised the Gould Piano Trio for their 'combination of jeweller-like precision and musical fire', likening them to the great Beaux Arts Trio. They have remained at the forefront of the instrumental chamber music scene for nearly quarter of a century, and their programme includes a newly re-discovered work written c1900 by Stravinsky's teacher which they recently world premiered to great critical acclaim, and Tchaikovsky's monumental two movement Piano Trio.
